Getaroom

    I was booking a room thru what I thought was the Holiday Inn Express site and changed my mind before confirming the reservation. The reservation somehow went thru anyhow without my final authorization and I was charged a ridiculous amount of money. When I phoned 5 minutes later to tell them I had not booked the room I couldn’t get thru to anyone. I went back online and cancelled immediately and then received a message saying I had to pay a 220 dollar cancelation fee. This is straight up fraud as I did not make the final confirmation before leaving their site. I will get all my money back even if I have to contact the fraud dept at the credit card company. Stay away from these crooks.
