Same as other customers, I feel I was scammed by this company. I tried booking directly through the hotel website and apparently was redirected without my knowledge. I booked a room for $309 per night average, for a total of $2,100 total. They added $1,200 in fees without any explanation as to what the fees are. Then I cancelled the reservation and it states it is nonrefundable but cancelled. How is that possible? So I may have paid $3,300 for a room I can’t even get.
