    On the night of February 17 I made a reservation for March 24 to 25 months in advance. I got confirmation for the night of the February 17th instead. I called the customer service and the customer rep refused to make any changes. I called the hotel and they told me that there is no problem if it wouldn’t be from this company company. They are fraud. Never use this service always call the hotel
