I am very unhappy and angry about my hotel booking. The website looked like the hotel website. I booked my room and was happy about the rate. You are asked if you want to book the room for this rate. If you confirm an additional charge is added ( in my case around half of the room rate) without you being told beforehand or for you to be able to cancel at that point. Don’t book with this company. It’s an absolute scam.
