UPDATE: Getaroom has stated they will be refunding my transaction in full. In light of their timely resolution I have updated my rating. SCAM!! Do not use Getaroom! I booked a room last night and the total, which included a 40% SURCHARGE was not displayed until the reservation confirmation page displayed, credit card was already charged. I immediately canceled, then received an email that shows my reservation is cancelled but is NON-REFUNDABLE. I now see there are 4,489 ONE STAR REVIEWS of Getaroom…. I will be contacting FCC about their practices
