After I booked the room, I realized I was a $62 charge that I didn’t know about till after the room was booked tried to cancel the room they were going to charge me a cancellation fee of $147 when I read the cancellation description on the email that I received it said I had until 9/30 2023 to cancel the reservations without being charged a fee but when I called customer service on 9/29/2023 yes, 30 minutes after I made the reservation, they said I would be charged that fee, which is more than what the room was. This company is a scam. Their customer service is rude. Please be aware.
