My reservation number is R4292995580. I made the reservation Tivoli hotel on 06/27/2023 for check in day on 09/23/2023, it costs 448.01$. Then I made cancellation on 06/28/2023 to book another room bigger than that. But I didn’t receive any refund from Gateroom. The cancellation policy is if I canceled before 09/09/2023, I’ll get a full refund because it’s not non refundable. But they tried to scam me, didn’t want to refund. I already called the hotel directly and Gateroom is third party, and the hotel can’t solve this problem although they knew my room was already cancelled. Please refund full amount.
