Scammed! I ordered a sample for 2022 Christmas for my son. January through to February 2023 no order delivery yet. Then March rolls around and a charge hits my account for $160! I am still getting the run around of their blanket responses to my request as to why I was changed twice for a product I’ve never received. They say it’s being shipping (for three months) and in checking with DHL – clearly says its NOT in transit and it’s considered a dead letter. No delivery, charged twice and 3-5 email response that says the same thing “we are sorry your having troubles”. I had to cancel my card which has now caused me to go back through all my bill paying options, remove the card and wait 10 days for a new card and still no decent response. What a fiasco!
