Don’t buy from Gate they are frauds. My phone stopped working so had to reformat. List access to 2FA. their customer service stopped replying to my emails even after sending all the required documents. I have funds stuck there. Bitmart is still better. I have sent my picture holding my Gov ID and followed all instructions but they sent copy paste message saying need more information. BLOODY FRAUDS.The ticket number is 1002010.WHAT’S TAKING SO LONG. THEY ARE AGAIN ASKING SAME QUESTIONS. I DON’T HAVE ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT ANYMORE SO CAN’T AND WON’T ANSWER ANY MORE QUESTIONS. SIMPLY REFUND MY MONEY BACK ASAP.I can’t send them pictures in different format as I don’t have pc or laptop. Nor I am going to answer any other questions as I don’t remember any. Simply refund my money.
