This website is a scam site that preys upon people not noticing that they are agreeing to enter a monthly subscription option for a useless service. They say when you contact their support that it is visible, which it might be, but it is well hidden purposely so that people dont realize they are signing up for it. Then they hope that people dont notice as the amount is somewhat low in 5 euros. They refuse to refund it when people then notice and cancel. Do not shop here, you will almost certainly not notice where to get out of their subscription service that offers no value, and notice a month after buying a key when either your bank notices a suspicious charge or you notice it in your statements.
