this was a gamivo smart issue where is was cancelled by myself, 3weeks later it charged me anyway, i tried to get a refund and they kept saying i was using the service even though i hadnt been on the website for 3 weeks prior.the 1st issue was they sold me a game that was supposed to be region locked to egypt, turns out it was locked to argentina, but before i found out that information i requested a refund and they still refused, and said they check all the keys themselves.clearly this isnt right and im just fed up, really poor website and customer service, feels like a bit scamEdit:Gamivo may of reached out, but Gamivo smart subscription service does not have an order number and should know this already, an attempt to get review taken down? maybe?
