Purchased an Amazon gift card, only to find that it had already been redeemed! Still not received my refund. So much hassle. Won’t use this company again. UPDATE – spoke to Morgan via live chat and she was unwilling to refund my subscription fee for their “SMART subscription” which I have no intention of using. This seems to be a scam they run when customers make new purchases. Disgusting.
