I bought a key and it came used. I have been trying for almost 1 month to get my money back and I can’t. I have sent them screenshots of everything they asked for, even a screenshot of a conversation with Steam support where they tell me that the key has been used almost 2 days before I bought it. They tell me that they can not resolve in my favor without telling me why when I have the screenshots of everything and it is clear that I am right. Don’t buy, they scam people and invent absurd solutions to avoid refunding your money. If they solve this problem I will change my opinion in the meantime.
