Absolutely AWFUL. I sent them my device that was in excellent condition, no screen cracks, no damage, battery working perfectly. They sent me an email saying that my device had multiple cracks and that the battery was faulty. I took before pictures of my phone right before I sent it off and it was PERFECT. Honestly this site is a scam and very untrustworthy. Will be writing an email to get my device back.
