I also got scammed with a non-working key. After providing all the necessary screenshots and records of conversation G2A insisted that they needed me to file a police report. They are fully aware that (almost) no one will want to bother with getting local authorities involved in something that they can’t even understand. And authorities would just laugh at you for trying to waste their time. G2A are counting on you getting discouraged and not wanting to spend time and energy to get your money back so that they can keep feeding their scammy sellers. It can (and eventually will) happen to everyone using this crappy close to illegal platform. I will never use G2A again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Customer service is useless and forget about getting any sort of refund even after proving multiple times that you are in the right.Don’t waste your time and money with G2A.What a joke.
