My account got suspended after paying more than 100€ for no reason and support ignores me, gives me no explanation given.It was not my first order. After I paid, money was deducted, my account got suspended. It means I can’t get my product I’ve paid for. Sent an email to support – no answer. They’ve replied, I sent all the documents and they said that my account was unsuspended. When I try to log in, it still says that I am banned and I can’t see my key. What a joke. 122€ down the drain.
