I got scammed. A scammer used my PayPal to pay for a gift card. I did a chargeback through my bank to get the money back. I then got banned, which I expected. I then went ahead and tried to explain via a support ticket what happened to try and get me unbanned. They asked for any other accounts I had and when I gave them, they banned them and refused to answer further inquiries. They immediately ban any new accounts I try to make, which makes me think I got IP banned.Edit: They did answer me, but all I got was the usual terms and conditions crapTl;dr good service but terrible customer support.
