My review is similar to others. I ordered an x-large bed and I received a bed made for a small-sized dog. The quality was very very poor. The bed was rolled and wrapped tightly in plastic. I requested a return and the requirements state it must be returned in its original package and must be meticulous yes that is the verbiage they used which is obviously impossible due to how it was taped and wrapped. Total scam!!
