Terrible Chinese scam company Took £47 for sofa throw advertised on insta. This was over 3 weeks ago Never arrived . Terrible customer service no tracking , just a generic fob off email that has been sent on a loop .Even had to send proof of payment to them , still no parcel .A but like Chinese company Shien looks great on advert but a scam / cheap goods , no way to refund . My money lost .
