AWFUL COMPANY they lie about everything. They send me a cheap half broken bed for my dog with a really ugly text, nothing like the website and appologise saying I can get 5 pounds back. I have been emailing them for weeks since it is against the law to sell items which is completely different from the web. Finally the response was send it back and they gave me an address in the US, the postage is over 25USD for me. I emailed 5 times again to understand how they will refund me for the postage as well as the product which as said is nothing like the pictures. This is a complete scam!
