I ordered flowers to be delivered to my husbands job and no flowers ever arrived. We were unable to even see each other today due to our working schedules, so this was a complete let down. I haven’t even been able to get in contact with anyone from customer service, though I have tried. Do not make a mistake like I did and order from this company. I should have ordered directly from the florist. This feels like a big scam, if I am being honest.
