It’s been over a month, no tracking number nobody knows where or when it will arrive. Customer service is a 2-3 day delay and tells me they can’t give a refund without me shipping it back. Well I don’t have anything to ship back. They charged me $69 + Shipping and I have nothing.I have reached out to customer service 7 times and receive generic responses and they tell me they won’t provide a refund with me sending product back. The tracking # they sent is a false tracking # and can’t be found/doesn’t exist.It’s been so bad i have field with the. Ether business bureau and will be filing small claims against them just to shut this scam down.
