Absolutely no contact from anyone at Fresh Hoods. Inquired to change order to a different style which would net them more since it costs more, but no response whatsoever. Customer service number is out of service and they are only reachable via email. But no response from email either. May be a scam company.Update, received a response stating that no upgrades could be made, items can only be changed for same priced item. Requested a refund so we’ll see how long it takes for them to process.
