Freebeatfit

    I purchased a bike over two months ago using klarna. The monitor was not working, freebeat then sent me a replacement which also did not work. I basically reported the problem to klarna and freebeat responded by doctoring their emails and sending screenshots to klarna which made it look like i had not reached out to them at all to resolve the issue. Not only is their customer service poor in communicating but they are also frauds for lying to try and get klarna to side with them. PLEASE AVOID FREEBEAT. THEY MAY BE CHEAPER THAN OTHER BRANDS BUT DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE. Edit: their so called “solution” is to waste my time even more. This disaster of a bike does not work and their solution is to keep offering to ship spare parts when the whole bike sucks. I have asked over 5 times for them to send a shipping label to return the bike but they are hellbent on trying to force me to keep it and drag this out as long as they can.
