Worst experience ever, and a complete scam of a company. I asked for a refund and a replacement screen for my bike. They ignored both requests. The phone line never works. Just check out their BBB profile, and you’ll see all the horror stories from customers just like me. They won’t honor the warranty either, so don’t bother. I’m stuck with a half-functioning bike that cost me $1200. They will not lift a finger to fix anything for you, it’s all smoke and mirrors. Eventually, they just start ignoring you until you go away. There’s nothing honest about this company.STAY AWAY.
