I was recently scammed by this company after a ride. I interrogated an added tip which I did not include at the end of the ride and was told it was irreversible and nonrefundable. They said I had triggered the tip at the end of the trip which I disputed, but was told the tip is irreversible. I just researched this and have realised that I’m not the only person to have fallen victim to the unclear nature of their app. Won’t be using them again, and I ask others to avoid too. I say again please avoid this company at all costs
