Frantic bag is a scam! Do not buy anything from them. I ordered an outdoor storage shed and never received it. The phone number on the website does not work. I could only communicate via Messenger. When I asked how to track my package i was given a FedEx tracking number only to find out the tracking number was not associated with my name or address. I have file a fraud claim with my bank but it is going to take up to 90 days to get my money back. And yes…. You guessed it Frantic Bags will not respond to my messages anymore. Complete SCAM!
