I placed my order on Feb., 6 but it never came (today is 23rd). Tracking says it’s still at the first point of the route with no courier assigned. I called them after 2 weeks – they said tracking starts when the parcel crosses the border. Did not happen. Next time I asked for refund – money did not appear on my account. I think this was a scam from the very beginning. I am preparing a statement to the FBI.Order #57503263, ticket# 2179552. No tracking number yet.
