I tried calling for a refund for a prescription I cancelled over the phone and they said they didnt have any record of me calling and charged me $150 and shipped a horrible product to an old address that I can’t even use because there are so many side effects. Never trust them over the phone. Such a scam. They would not issue a refund after I insisted I had cancelled. I believe my account was hacked and they still wouldn’t issue a refund.Also check their response below. This is the same kind of BS I ran into over the phone. What a joke. Just be prepared.
