This is a scam on neurodivergent people. I received the wrong product and didnt want a replacement, as I saw the product was a JOKE. I was only offered credit despite the money back guarentee at purchase. Over a MONTH later, an already assembled product arrived that was already shaped to an ear, had nail prints, and was covered in a waxy substance. AKA USED. They sent me used ones. EW.This product is laughable garbage, the refund guarantee is a lie, they will only offer credit but make you pay for shipping each time. The customer service is non existent but most upsetting, the product DOESNT WORK and they DONT CARE. They will only creepily ask for photos of you wearing them to “give advice on how to wear them.” WHO DOES THAT? SHOP LOOP. THEY WORK.
