I recently had a bad experience with this company. As someone who frequently shops online, I usually have a good eye for deals. So, when I came across this company, I thought it was a great option for office wear that was a step up from Shein. I placed an order for five outfits through Klarna, but my order was stuck in processing for a week. I reached out to inquire about the status of my order and was told that it usually takes three days to ship after placing an order. However, by the following week, there was still no change, so I had to request a refund twice before finally receiving a response and that was only because I used Klarna. I advise everyone to be cautious when ordering from this company. I believe they have no intention of delivering orders and are only interested in scamming people out of their money. As for me, I’ll be sticking to Chic Me, Patpat, and Shein for my future online shopping escapades.
