Well I canceled the account deleted the credit information and did all of this before the renewal date, that was yesterday 21/4/23 and received a receipt saying bill been payed , received a a email after I contacted them saying that I have to log on and unsubscribe for the auto renewal, i did that I deleted the account, credit info etc. so every 3 months I will be deducted 44 is for something that didn’t live up to what I paid for. There a scam you can’t go into your old account if it’s been terminated/ deleted
