While the program seems reasonable, the system seems set up to deduct as much money from you as possible. Despite signing up for a ONE month program I was billed for a second month without any warning, and told there was no possibility of a refund. Their customer service staff were extremely unhelpful, and it leaves me feeling that it’s more of a scam than a helpful fitness tool
