Just like all the other reviews, I agree this company is scamming their “customers”. I signed up because of an ad I saw online. I decided to check it out, it was 19.99 for a month. After using the app for couple days it was pretty clear they didn’t offer anything different from any of the free workout apps you can download from the App Store.** Since I stopped using this app after the first week, I forgot to unsubscribe. Today (May 1) less than a min after I got charged for the up coming month, I tried to get a refund. I was told they don’t give refunds, including a service they have yet to provide. WHEN A BUSINESS TAKES MONEY FOR A SERVICE THEY HAVE YET TO PROVIDE AND THEIR BUSINESS MODEL IS SETUP TO LEGALY KEEP THE MONEY OF THE “CUSTOMER” WHO HASN’T SPEND A SECOND USING THIER SERVICE, IT TELL YOU 2 THINGS…. 1) They know their service doesn’t work. 2) They will do anything to make (take your) money.
