I’m seeing a lot of other people with the same experience of being wrongfully charged. I did the free trial and cancelled it 9/2022 before being charged. Recently they started attempting to charge my debit card and I have not renewed or anything! It shows my subscription was cancelled Sept 2022! I sent an email to support five days ago and received a response the same day saying they received my email, but have not received a response since then but they attempted to charge my card again today. This is very frustrating and such a poor reflection on the company that I can’t help but think it’s a scam.
