I can understand why this company has 33% 1 star! Needed the service for a project spanning over a few months so I purchased an annual pass on the Filmora product. Forgot all about it only to notice a debit on my account for £49.33 (not small money by today’s standards). I then called their customer service as I noticed it had auto-renewed without my approval – which isn’t too annoying because I use services that do this.Getting in touch with someone was a nightmare but when I did they told me it was policy not to refund anything to anyone unless there was something wrong with the software. this irritated me as I had no use for the software and didn’t ask for it to be renewed. I was told to use the product until it expires so as not to waste the access. I then explained that I would find myself in this same situation if I did because they would auto-renew on me and take my money again – it’s a SCAM!! And the fact that they categorically wouldn’t give me my money back even though I hadn’t downloaded the software and didn’t ask for them to take my money is APAULING!!Very TERRIBLE experience with these guys and don’t want anything to do with them after this – Shocking that they are still in business. I would give 0 stars if I could.
