I’d give 0 stars if possible. Ordered in November. Forgot about it until January. When I checked the email and tracking it said it was delivered to an address in Alabama. I live in MN!!! What a scam. Emailed the “customer service” and they said to check with my neighbors and if I still can’t find it, check my local post office. Why on earth would it be at my local post office in the first place? It’s a heavy package! There’s no way the post office would have it. Plus it says delivered to the wrong state! Then another email later said to just wait patiently. That was over a month ago. Do Not Order from this company. Scam and by the looks of it, they’re getting rich doing it.
