Bought a Filmora 12 – the product is not bad, but the fuctionality is just basic. Got charged $25 for services i don’t need… contacted support to make a refund… no refunds for “personal curcumstances” even though, they say that 30-days money back are guranteed.Awfull support, with subscriptions for “plugins” for the same price as a product itself, absolutely scammed for $45… Don’t deal with this company, save your nerves…
