My experience – I bought this product for its recipes and meal plan BUT it only has vegan/vegetarian recipes. I eat meat – so can’t use it. I also noticed some significant issues with contradictory advice from registered dieticians including saying there was no evidence that intermittent fasting for long windows works and that it was suggested to eat 4 to 6 smaller meals across the day. After seeing there were NO meat/fish recipe or meal plan options and after reading this I requested a refund – 2.5 hours after buying. Complete refusal by Alex or their customer service bot. This is unethical and terrible service.Here is what you do to let others know this is a scam and the promised refund is not forthcoming- contact Apple App store and complain. They will raise a query against FastEasy.io Contact your visa card or master card provider and get them to raise a query against FastEasy. All these companies, especially Apple check their app developers for ethics and compliance and also banks check ethics of their card users….
