Update: they left the comment on this post and then the SAME person who I have been dealing with this whole time messages me to tell me there’s nothing they can do. Stay away from this scam of a company. On the sign up page they have a large bold type that says “30 day money back guarantee”, this is what sold me to give the app a try. Upon purchasing I realized this isn’t for me, as I’m not a fan of the app and the recipes are a little odd for my liking so I reached out to cancel. Apparently it’s only 30 days money back guarantee for very niche reasons (have to follow the plan exactly for 14 days, tech issues etc). This felt like complete false advertising as I was under the impression that if it wasn’t for me I could get my money back. Extremely disappointed in the app and whoever set up this sign up page.
