I bought a pair of Satore boots. They arrived, I tried them on, they were too small, I sent them back immediately in the original dust covers, box, etc. The “partner” then rejected the return claiming there were scratches on the soles of the boots, and Farfetch refused to refund my money. I never wore the boots, I have no idea if they arrived with a scratch on boot bottom, but I certainly did not put it there. They have refused to refund my money. I would NEVER order from them again and will of course challenge this through my credit card. I believe this is a scam to offload merchandise. Buyer beware AND check and document anything you receive if you are not keeping it. Completely disgusted.
