This so called business is disgustingly corrupt. They are in the business of scamming people. I book a flight and receive notification with a booking ID stating that it is being processed and that I should call to complete the booking. They also leave me a voicemail. I call and the guy tells me that the airline has raised the price (by 50%) and he gives me two options—to either pay the new higher price or change my travel dates. I tell him I am not doing either and that he should simply cancel the booking and not charge my card. The guy tells me he is sorry as the ticket is not refundable. I ask how that could be possible when they have not even confirmed/ticketed, and that he is trying to rob me and that is unacceptable. Then he puts me on hold and claims to be talking to his manager to get an exception. He returns and tells me he is using his promo code to offer me a 50% discount for that price difference. I tell him I am not paying a dime extra nor am I changing my dates and that he needs to cancel the itinerary, period! He then cancels it and sends me an email confirmation. So far, my card has not been charged and I am closely monitoring my account. This so called business should be stopped and its owner(s) jailed!
