I placed an order for a Custom Royal Orange-White Bomber Full-Snap Varsity Letterman on November 24, 2022. It is now 3 months later and no sign of the jacket. The email tracking says “In transit” for 89 days at this point. It also reads, “your order has an expired delivery date.” I have called their customer service on 3 occasions leaving messages (because no human answers) with no return calls. I have zero expectation this scam of a company will come through with any item. Now I will start my credit card recoupment process.
