I made an account to buy a game on sale. I pay with my PayPal. Immediately, my order was flagged for “Manual Authorization.” There was no warning this could happen. There is no option to cancel the order to buy it elsewhere. Really annoying. I just want to play a game, not be accused of fraud and suspicious activity.
