I purchased my clippers on 1/30/2023.two weeks later, I received an email stating they were out of stock and waiting for new inventory and that my clippers would be ready within 15 to 30 days. A month later I still hadn’t received anything, so I started going online and saw all these negative reviews that this is a scam.I sent an email expressing my concerns, I let them know I saw these reviews online and I was wondering what was going on was it normal to not receive a product I ordered over a month ago. I didn’t receive a reply but I did receive an email shortly after with my UPS tracking info. Today I finally received the clippers! Although it took 2 months, I can confirm this is not a scam. I understand that with everything going on there will be some delays. My recommendation is to set proper expectations with your customers on when the product will be delivered to avoid all these negative customer reviews.
