    Decided to give factor another try because the meals are tasty. The delivery was great and I canceled my subscription instead of skipping weeks so I knew they wouldn’t send again. I litteraly canceled the moment my box arrived on may 31st and received the cancelation email.Then I seen my credit card was charged again I went online to discover that my account is active. I called customer service who said it was reactivated on June 1st. I did not reactivate my account as I got 28 meals and that’s enough for several weeks.They refuse to help in anyway.I’m going to file a fraud complaint with the bank.
