    They have charged us twice for 2 orders that I did not order. Somehow, they have my husbands email and they said that he ordered. I told them that he never orders anything online as he is disabled. I requested them to refund the 2 charges of $90 each and was denied. The meals that they sent out were the bottom of the food chain, the ones they can’t get rid of and they would not let me return them. I have asked my credit card company to look into this for me and they said they will, but advised me to try to contact someone higher up at Factor and report this as fraud. The first date of fraud charge was on 5-16-23 and then on 5-23-23.
