Mine got stuck at 99% till now, it’s been a week and they’re not replying to my emails. I have no idea how to get their guaranteed “refund”, this site is 99% a scam. They just took $40 of payment and no service provided. BEWARE: Don’t try unlocking your phone w/ this site/service.
