Absolute Scam, I broke my phone and had to use my old one while travelling in Australia, I came across this website and thought I’d give it a go as my old phone was locked to an Irish Network Provider, after spending 78 USD one of which was a hidden fee I was given a tracking number and told it would take 7 days. At the end of the seven days I received an email saying they could not unlock the phone, this was after they did their “unlock check” which said they could. They replied offering a “credit note” for me to use their service again. I have sent 5 emails to the company since then requesting a full refund to my bank account to no avail not even a response received. Complete and utter scam would not recommend. I also have absolutely no use for a credit note as pointed out in my emails.
