This company is a joke, DO NOT USE! It’s all hidden costs and no clarity on any level, eligibility check?? For what? It’s a phone that from factory can be set to ANY NETWORK They rope you in by first paying a £11 25 eligibility check, Then £33 to unlock (supposedly my phone needed 4 DAYS TO UNLOCK??) then they say its HARD LOCKED to network, which they then say you have a £33 store credit (how kind!) But now it will cost £101 to unlock your phone. Absolute crooks. I’m contacting my bank to say this is a fraudulent company.
